The absolute best decision I've made regarding management of my rental property. I had difficulty finding dependable tenants that paid on time and took good care of the property. Wow ! What a difference this team makes ! When I first purchased my rental properties I thought that I could manage on my own, find reliable tenants, avoid the cost of a property management company and be a nice landlord. Was I naive ? I ended up with deadbeat tenants that cost me money and countless sleepless nights. I then decided to turn my two units over to a manager. Well... I wasn’t very thorough in the selection process and discovered that he was not making any effort to have my units rented. He actually left one of them vacant for 8 months !!! Carolinas Dynamic Realty has greatly exceeded my expectations!!! Before I found them, I was worried that my properties were not secure when vacant. The previous property manager was less than responsive and was unable to find tenants. After working with Carolinas Dynamic Realty, I am confident that my properties are being taken care of. They have also been able to get the properties rented quickly when tenants move out. What really impresses me about them is their responsiveness.
