Q.        How much must I pay for Carolinas Dynamic Realty to start managing my property?

A.        We have no up front fees at all. Our fees don't begin until a tenant moves in to your property.

Q.        How long will my property be vacant?

A.        Our average vacancy time is 30 days. Clearly some properties will take less time than this, and others will take more time.

Q.        Where do you advertise?

A.        Most of our advertising is internet based. We advertise on over 60 websites. We will also place a "For Rent" sign at the property.

Q.        Who pays for the advertising?

A.        We pay for all of the advertising.

Q.        What happens when someone wants to see my property?

A.        We schedule an appointment with the prospective tenant, and someone from our office goes to show the property.

Q.        Is there going to be a lockbox on my house? Who has the combination?

A.        There will be a lockbox. However, only people from our office, and other Realtors will be given the combination.

Q.        What happens when a repair is necessary? 

A.        If the repair is under $200, we have the repair made, and deduct it from your next statement. If it is over $200 we contact you immediately.

Q.        Can I enter the property while the tenant is living there?

A.        No. We enter the property semi annually to complete a property walk through. However, you can not enter the property while the tenant lives there.
